Hogs on the High Seas

In Nov Marc participated in a western Caribbean cruise to showcase his recent work “Hidden Treasures”. Sponsored by Hogs on the High Seas the cruise was an opportunity for motorcycle enthusiasts to gather for a week of fun, sun and camaraderie on a cruise ship.

“I met a lot of really great people and was treated like a king. The motorcycling community was very supportive of my work and Hidden Treasures with all the concealed messages was the talk of the ship.” said Marc.

Indeed the prints sold out and even the original was purchased on the spot by Tony and Denise Schmidt of North Carolina. With the edition closed Hidden Treasures will most certainly increase in value and become an instant collector’s item. Visit High Seas Rally for more information on how to join us for the upcoming Alaskan and Caribbean cruises in 2006.

Project Black Widow

Motor Marc has recently begun work on the Black Widow bike, the first in a series of paintings commemorating American Chopper – The Series. The Black Widow was one of the first bikes to be showcased on American Chopper and Motor Marc has chosen this signature machine as his first subject.

Marc says,” As the painting progresses I am blown away by the detail that went into the construction of this bike. From the CNC cut webbing on the wheels to the engraving on the cylinders the intricate details are everywhere. Even the handgrips have an inlaid chrome web pattern on them. I’m pulling my hair out over this one but its going to be awesome when it’s done!”

Canvas and prints will be available by mid-January with more exciting products portraying the Black Widow to follow shortly after.

Motor Marc's Easel WebTV Premier

Appearing soon will be the premiere of Motor Marc’s Easel – A Weekly Web TV Series. Watch and learn as Marc takes you along for a creative journey from concept to completion and catch a glimpse into the life of an artists’ world as you see his latest painting come alive from his studio in streaming video.

With special guests dropping in and commentary from Motor Marc himself Marc’s Easel promises to educate and entertain.
